Let me tell you, when negative behaviour started to spill over onto my kids, I realized I had to take responsibility for my patterns, thoughts and heal what was hurting me. I learned over the years that although none of what I experienced as a child was my fault, as an adult, I was the only one that was responsible for taking back control of my inner world, my health and my happiness. I became an Integrative Wellness & Life Coach because I was inspired to support women and mothers like I was supported. Having a caring, honest and supportive coach made all the difference for me, and we aren’t meant to do it alone! I am passionate about witnessing women realize they have the power to change their current reality with sound practices and tools, to get ‘unstuck” and create a life they love.
